An exciting opportuity has arisen to work within a top Law firm in Dubai within their Commercial Department

Duties include:
.Preparation of Routine correspondence and draft deeds of assignment/draft registered user agreements
.Managing the prosecution of Trademark application cases
.Supporting Commercial Department Lawyers with file organization, dealing with invoice queries, drafting of letters, monitoring or deadlines
.Compile documents and evidence to attach to declarations or affidavits ensuring 100% accuracy and information matches the corresponding statements in the affidavits or declaration
.Organise billing or clients
.Undertake ad hoc projects as given by the Trade Mark team

المهارات

Candidate Requirements:

You must hold either a LLB or LPC or BVC
Good communication skills
Organized and motivated and will take ownership of own workload
Experience working within a top tier law firm
Some exposure to IP/Commercial work is an advantage
Newly qualified candidates will be considered
Arabic language skills desirable, but not essential
