Assist store general manager in identifying and resolving performance issues Merchandising Standards and Selling • execute marketing and merchandising programs and standards • assess store requirements for new product rollouts/procedures. Oversee inventory levels and overall presentation of merchandise • understand and respond to competitive pressures in your store area; recommend strategies to the business as required e.g. pricing, category analysis or expansion • evaluate success of merchandising programs and escalate issues to appropriate person(s) • ensure all department standards are met on a daily basis
