- Validates and designs plant and dedicated production equipment, eg. lay up boards and test boards
- Provides an effective day to day engineering support and responsibility for the unit including problem solving for the shop floor, customer, supplier, and other company functions
- Ensures that all relevant manufacturing information are correctly structured and maintained
- Prepares and evaluates the full implications of changes and implements the changes that are required, signing off of new products, equipment, tooling, reports etc., layout requirements & volumes the documentation
