Over the past several years, Hindawi has seen an increase of more than 40% per year in the number of submitted manuscripts it receives. Since its full conversion to Open Access in February 2007, Hindawi's growth has continued to accelerate, with monthly submission levels growing by more than 100% during 2007. Accordingly we want to expand our staff with high-caliber.
*JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
The role of a Business Development Research Specialist is to research topics for the development of new journals, and to identify potential editors for the journal. The research process is mainly conducted using university websites, specialized databases, and any additional web pages related to the subject.
*JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
1. Bachelor’s degree preferably with scientific background.
2. Strong command of both written and spoken English.
3. 0–2 years of general work experience.
4. Extensive experience in using the Internet.
5. Accurate, efficient, hard working, pays attention to details.
6. Strong team work skills.
7. Ability to plan and prioritize work.
8. Ability to work independently on complex projects
